Happy Birthday, Larry. Thank you so much for putting that notice on your high school bulletin board, forming what would become the greatest rock and roll band of all time. Thank for hosting band practice in your family’s kitchen. Thank you for putting up with everything thrown at you, from sore wrists to the introduction of drum machines in U2’s music. Thank you for keeping the band grounded. Thank you for giving Bono, Edge, and Adam their first job and keeping them in their first job. Thank you for changing my life.
